The LDFGA has over the years bestowed Lifetime Membership on members who have gone far beyond volunteerism to help promote the conservation of our natural world, including the plants, fish and the wildlife in it; and have worked tirelessly to help build our club to what it is today.
When these lifetime members pass away, we recognize their efforts by placing a plaque at the Lorne Topley lifetime memorial near our indoor range.
We will be showing our respect and acknowledging our deep appreciation for the efforts of four past life members: Bill Luchynski, Gordon, King, Walt Backer and Brian Shepard on Sunday, September 7. A brief program will begin at 2:00 PM followed by light snacks at our youth center.
