Dwayne Davison read through the 2019 AGM Minutes from January 9, 2019.
MOTION by Bill Armstrong to adopt the 2019 AGM minutes as read, seconded by Garry Cunningham, carried.
Financial Statement was presented by Larry Chambers. See attached Financial Report.
Overall LDFGA is down in Revenue but also down in Expenses with an overall net income.
Discussion regarding some repairs and larger expenses coming up in 2020 such as garage roof repair, website, and possible quad purchase for lawn mowing.
Saskatchewan Corporate Registry requires either an audit or financial review by a professional – or, if the members at the general meeting, by a 2/3 majority resolve to waive an external professional, then the Board approval signed by a Director is acceptable.
MOTION by Garry Cunningham to have an external professional look over LDFGA 2018/19 Financial Report, seconded by Jeff Fenske, carried.
Curtis Paterson moved the adoption of 2019 Financial Statement (November 1, 2018 – October 31, 2019), seconded by Brian Sawtell, carried.
Curtis Paterson volunteered to run the 2020 Executive & Director election.

President Dwayne Davison thanked the 2019 Executive and Directors for their time and dedication towards the Lloydminster & District Fish and Game Association and welcomed the 2020 Executive and Directors.
2020 Budget was presented by Larry Chambers. See attached 2020 Budget.
Motion by Garry Cunningham to accept the 2020 Budget as a guideline when considering and discussing club expenses for the fiscal year (November 1, 2019-October 31, 2020) with the exception of increasing the Outdoor Range Remodel Project account by $5000 to a total budget for that account of $8000, seconded by Curtis Paterson, carried.
Next AGM will be held on Jan. 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Grace United Church.
