The Lloydminster & District Fish & Game Association maintains two trout ponds that are stocked annually with rainbow trout.

There are ponds located just outside of Lloydminster in each direction, Alberta and Saskatchewan!

Jack McDougall Trout Pond

• Located approximately 7 miles east of Lloydminster within the RM of Wilton
• North of side of Highway 16 on Range Road 3271
• Ample parking area
• Garbage cans
• There is a camp kitchen with picnic tables
• Washroom facility
• Wheelchair accessible dock
• SK fishing regulations apply –> two fish limit

• Located approximately 3 miles west of Lloydminster within the County of Vermilion River
  • North side of Highway 16 on Range Road 15, right along the highway
  • 6 hectare pond
  • Smaller parking area
  • Garbage cans
