Youth Outdoor Activity Day – Date set for June 20, 2015.
Indoor Range – RSO course is February 1, 2015 at the Legion @ 9:00 am. Price is $75.00.
Dwayne D. will change lock on indoor range. Keys will need to be signed out.
Grant K. suggested that the heat should be on all the time in indoor range. Larry will look at cost.
Is there a way to have insurance for guests? A drop in fee?
Outdoor Range – Reid B. – Signs are up. Key fob system installed inside; been too cold to install outside.
Need welder to set up cameras.
Conservation Camp – NR
Scholarships – Bill A. – Allysa Weatherall was presented with scholarship. Presentation is on website.
Merchandise – NR
Habitat – NR
Hide Program – One pick up. There are substantially less hides this year.

Gun and Outdoor Sportsman Show – 70 exhibitors, 240 tables. Set up is the morning of January 23.
Archery Club / Youth Center – 3D Shoot this Saturday. $2000 in cash prizes.
Gordon Leslie Project – NR
Banquet – Signed contract and booked for 475 people. Sound system and Fred Pepper is booked.
Need volunteers for meat cutting 7:00 pm Friday, January 30: Corey B., Jim R., Daryl L., Bill A., Curly H., Jeff F., Brian S., Gerry R., Dwayne D., Tyler V., Reid B., Larry C., and Wayne B.
Need large roasts and appetizers. Book the Kochenash brothers and Fred Holt to cut meat. Advertising is done.
